Olivia Naugle

Youth Justice Campaign Strategist

Olivia Naugle manages an advocacy portfolio of state and federal policy issues such as the removal of youth from adult courts, jails, and prisons; expanded use of juvenile diversion; efforts to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in legal system involvement; and alternatives to incarceration for youth.

Prior to joining The Sentencing Project, Olivia was Senior Policy Analyst with the Marijuana Policy Project (MPP), where she advocated for cannabis policy reform in state legislatures throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Most notably, she helped lead multi-year legislative campaigns that resulted in Maryland and Delaware legalizing cannabis for adults.

Olivia received a Master of Arts in Criminology from the George Washington University.
