Support the Inclusive Democracy Act!
To promote community safety and enhance reintegration efforts, Congress should pass the Inclusive Democracy Act to expand full voting rights in federal elections to all justice-impacted people with felony convictions.
Stop Congress from Sending 3,000+ People Back to Prison
Over 3000 people who were released from prison and placed in home confinement because of the Covid-19 pandemic are at risk of being sent back to prison because of cruel new legislation.
Guarantee the Right to Vote in America
Urge legislators to protect voting rights for all! The Democracy Restoration Act would expand voting rights to persons after incarceration including individuals completing their sentence in the community.
End the Ban on Food Stamps for People with Drug Convictions
Urge Congress to end the ban on food stamps for people with drug convictions and pass the RESTORE Act, which would immediately repeal the lifetime federal ban on individuals with felony drug convictions from receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Support the Safer Detention Act!
The Safer Detention Act would give aging and terminally people in federal prisons the opportunity to seek compassionate relief. It would also reauthorize and expand the Elderly Home Confinement Pilot Program, which would provide another pathway for elderly and sick people to leave prison.
