Whitney Threadcraft, Ph.D.

Whitney Threadcraft, Ph.D. supports The Sentencing Project’s Voting Rights policy work. She also assists with research and publication production. Prior to joining The Sentencing Project, Threadcraft was the Director of Programs and Strategic Partnerships at Emancipation Park Conservancy, where she curated the Conservancy’s program portfolio and cultivated relationships with strategic partners across government, corporate, and philanthropic domains. Whitney earned her doctorate in Administration of Justice from the Barbara Jordan Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University.
