American University Law Professor Angela J. Davis will discuss her recently published anthology, Policing the Black Man: Arrest, Prosecution, and Imprisonment. The book analyzes key issues of the Black Lives Matter movement, featuring essays by some of the nation’s most influential and respected criminal justice experts and legal scholars. Davis will be joined by contributing authors Kristin Henning, Roger A. Fairfax, Jr., Renée McDonald Hutchins, and Marc Mauer.
